At Crown Collective, we take pride in providing quality hair products. Due to the personal nature of wigs and hair products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering or personal preference.
Exchanges are considered only in the following circumstances:
The item arrives defective or damaged.
You receive an incorrect item, size or variant compared to your original order.
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn and unaltered.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
All original tags, accessories and included items must be intact.
Proof of purchase and clear photographs of any damage, defects or incorrect items may be required.
Please note: Wigs that have been worn, washed, styled, cut, coloured, altered or otherwise used are not eligible for an exchange, as we cannot guarantee their hygiene or original condition.
How to Request an Exchange
If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery, providing your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where applicable.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. A replacement will be arranged once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return shipping arrangements and any associated costs will be communicated during the exchange approval process.
